This charter has been formulated to ensure the protection of personal details, creating trust between us, as an organisation, and you our customers and clients.

We are committed to protecting this information and only using it in accordance with the National Privacy Principals.

Personal information will be collected appropriately, lawfully, fairly and sensitively from the person to whom the information relates, and with their consent.

It will only be collected for a clear and expressed purpose.

Personal information will only be collected for the primary purpose for which it was collected, unless the customer has given consent for an unrelated; called a secondary use, such as direct marketing of other products.

Our policy also accepts responsibility for ensuring we take reasonable steps to ensure the information we collect, use, and disclose is accurate, complete and up to date.

We will take reasonable steps to ensure all of the personal information collected will be protected from misuse, loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

We will allow all individuals' access to their personal information collected, allowing corrections, once properly
identifying the individual.

Any sensitive information collected will always be with the consent of our customers and clients.
